  • 4 cups (crushed) Meringues
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 1 pint (sliced) Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries

Whipping the Cream

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the granulated sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

Preparing the Berries

Wash and slice the strawberries. Gently mix the strawberries and blueberries together in a separate bowl.
