- 12 Large cremini mushrooms
- 8 oz Italian sausage
- 1/2 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
