Quick Caprese Melt

Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta roll
- 4 slices Fresh mozzarella
- 2 slices Tomato
- 1 tablespoon Pesto
- 1 teaspoon Balsamic glaze
Prep the Ciabatta
Cut the ciabatta roll in half horizontally.
Spread Pesto
Spread pesto evenly on the cut side of the bottom half of the ciabatta.
Layer Ingredients
Place the fresh mozzarella slices on top of the pesto. Add the tomato slices over the mozzarella.
Assemble
Place the top half of the ciabatta roll over the tomatoes.
Cook until melted and golden
