- 1 medium Cucumber
- 1/2 small Red Onion
- 1/2 medium Green Bell Pepper
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives
- 4 oz block Feta Cheese
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and chop the tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the cucumber into thick rounds. Thinly slice the red onion. Remove the seeds from the green bell pepper and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
Combine the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and green bell pepper. Add the Kalamata olives.
Dress the Salad
In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss gently to combine.
Add the Feta
Place the feta cheese block on top of the salad. You can either leave it whole or crumble it slightly. Drizzle a little extra olive oil over the feta, if desired.
Serve Immediately
Serve the Greek salad immediately. Do not refrigerate for too long, as the vegetables will become soggy.
