Can I use a different type of cheese?
Halloumi's high melting point makes it ideal for grilling. Feta cheese can be added after grilling, but is a completely different flavor profile. -
Can I add other vegetables?
Absolutely! Feel free to add other low-carb vegetables like zucchini, asparagus, or green beans. -
Can I use a different vinegar for the dressing?
Yes, white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar would work well as a substitute for red wine vinegar.
