Sparkling Cranberry White Chocolate Bark
This festive bark is the perfect holiday treat. The combination of sweet white chocolate, tart cranberries, and a hint of sparkle makes it a delightful dessert to share with friends and family.
Ingredients
- 400 g White chocolate chips
- 1 cup Dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup Pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 2 tbsp Sparkling sugar
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt flakes
Melt the White Chocolate
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the white chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water (or in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between) until smooth. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate.
Add Cranberries and Pistachios
Spread the melted white chocolate evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the dried cranberries and chopped pistachios evenly over the chocolate.
Add Sparkle and Flavor
Sprinkle the sparkling sugar and sea salt flakes over the bark. The sea salt enhances the sweetness and adds a delightful savory touch.
Chill and Break
Refrigerate the bark for at least 30 minutes, or until firm. Once set, break the bark into irregular pieces and store in an airtight container.
