Get Started

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.

Dough Time

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and vegetable oil, and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Let rolls cool slightly before frosting. Serve warm and enjoy!

FAQ

  • Can I use different flour?

While all-purpose flour is recommended, you can use bread flour for a chewier texture. However, the dough may be slightly drier, so you may need to add a touch more milk.
  • Can I make these ahead of time?

Yes! Assemble the rolls and place them in the pan. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight. Before baking, let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Bake as directed.
  • Can I add nuts or raisins to the filling?

Absolutely! Chopped pecans or walnuts, or raisins are delicious additions to the cinnamon sugar filling.
