Grilled Halloumi and Avocado Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
- 4 oz Halloumi cheese
- 1/2 Avocado
- 2 English muffins
- 1 tsp Hot honey
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- pinch Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Clean the grates with a wire brush and lightly oil them to prevent sticking.
Grill the Halloumi
Slice the halloumi cheese into approximately 1/4-inch thick pieces. Brush lightly with olive oil. Place the halloumi slices on the preheated grill. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and grill marks appear.
Grill the Muffins (Optional)
