Prosciutto and Parmesan Asparagus Bites
These Prosciutto and Parmesan Asparagus Bites are a quick and elegant appetizer perfect for any occasion. Fresh asparagus spears are wrapped in salty prosciutto, sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, and baked until golden brown. They are incredibly easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Asparagus spears
- 6 slices Prosciutto
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
Prepare the Asparagus
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash asparagus and snap off tough ends. Cut each spear in half or thirds, depending on the length.
