Ingredients
- 400 g Beef tenderloin
- 2 tbsp Truffle oil
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 3 tbsp Capers
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 handful Microgreens
