- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley

Prepare the Baguette
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the baguette into ½-inch thick rounds. Brush each slice lightly with olive oil and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool slightly.
Sauté the Mushrooms
Clean and slice the cremini mushrooms. Mince the garlic. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and garlic and sauté until the mushrooms are tender and browned, about 8-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped parsley.
Assemble the Crostini
Top each toasted baguette slice with a generous spoonful of the sautéed mushrooms. Grate Gruyere cheese over the mushrooms. Place the crostini back on the baking sheet and bake for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
