FAQ
-
Can I use red lentils?
Yes, you can use red lentils, but they will cook much faster (about 20-25 minutes) and will break down more, resulting in a thicker soup. -
Can I add spices?
Absolutely! Cumin, coriander, and smoked paprika are all great additions to lentil soup. Add them along with the dried thyme.
