Mediterranean Tempeh Crumble Salad with Lemon-Herb Dressing

Ingredients
- 200 g Tempeh
- 5 oz Mixed greens

- 0.25 small Red onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp Dried oregano
- 0.5 tsp Dried basil
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder

- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley
Prepare the Tempeh Crumble
