- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon Red pepper flakes

Prepare the Beef
Season the thinly sliced beef sirloin with sea salt and black pepper. Set aside.
Sauté the Aromatics
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
Cook the Beef
Add the seasoned beef to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until browned on all sides. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
Stir-fry the Broccoli
Add a little more avocado oil to the skillet if needed. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
Combine and Sauce
Return the beef to the skillet with the broccoli. Pour in the coconut aminos and sesame oil. Add red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly and everything is well combined.
Serve
Serve immediately. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired. Enjoy!
